Rodolfo Hernandez McIntyre is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, business leader, and a breakthrough community organizer. Rodolfo grew up under the umbrella of the First Nations in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico, with an amazing and supportive family who encouraged his interest in business at an early age. He studied Business and Marketing at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico and Ryerson University in Canada.

Rodolfo launched and developed his real estate career in Seattle, Washington under SeaReal Investments, Inc. SeaReal holds interest in Keller Williams Franchises in Washington, California, and Nevada, as well as investment interests in Ireland and Mexico.

Rodolfo and his wife, Shannon, actively support a variety of Non-Profits including, the Washington Jalisco Sister State Association; University of Washington’s Ernie I. J. Aguilar Scholarship for Latino MBA Students; Ex-A-Tec, Seattle; El Centro de la Raza, Seattle; and NAHREP, Seattle (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). Additionally, Rodolfo served as an Advisor to the President of Mexico under the Institute of Mexicans Abroad.

Rodolfo and Shannon have two young, energetic, and world-travelled children, Leonardo and Lydia. Also in the family are two cats( AriGato and MoChika), 14 fish, multiple neighborhood squirrels, a deer (that comes weekly to eat apples and Macademia nuts), a wild possum(we call him/her Pancho), one seasonal raccoon family, and several Pacific Northwest humming birds.

Rodolfo´s interests include world travel, photography tours, laughing with friends, quality time over meals with family and friends with aged Tequila, Smoky Mezcal and single malt Scotch or a very good coffee.
